Wholesale Ordering FAQ
What overseas buyers ask before a first order with Korean Goods Wholesale (KGW), operated from Seoul by MayTraders Inc. Wholesale prices are shown to approved buyers.
Orders are placed in full cartons. Each product shows the number of units per carton (Qty/Box), and one carton is the minimum for each product. There is no minimum total order value.
Yes. You can add products from different brands to the same cart. Each product must meet its own carton quantity and minimum order requirements. Availability and lead times may differ by brand.
Yes, you can add both to the same cart. At checkout they become two separate orders: Ready Stock is paid at checkout and prepared from our current inventory, while a Pre-Order is a request that we confirm with the brand before payment. Each order has its own shipping selection and shipping charge.
If you would like to coordinate a combined shipment, contact KGW before shipping is confirmed — we will tell you whether it is possible.
Submitting a Pre-Order does not guarantee availability. We check supply with the brand and confirm the items and quantities that can be fulfilled.
You do not need to make an immediate payment simply because you submitted a Pre-Order. If a deposit is required, we will notify you of the amount and due date. Otherwise, payment is requested when the goods are ready for shipment.
If some items cannot be supplied, we will update your order and invoice accordingly and notify you before requesting the remaining payment. If we are unable to fulfil your order, any deposit you paid is refunded in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Goods are dispatched only after full payment has been received.
International shipping is charged separately from product prices. With FedEx by KGW, KGW sends you the shipping cost on your order after you place it, and it is added to your order only after you approve it. The cost depends on the destination, the weight and size of the shipment, and the shipping method.
You may also arrange collection through your own freight forwarder, subject to coordination with KGW.
Customs duties, import taxes, and destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Check the relevant brand page or product listing for any displayed market restrictions and document information. If information is not shown, contact KGW before ordering.
A commercial invoice and packing list are provided with every export shipment. Other documents or information, such as a certificate of origin, MSDS, COA, or CPNP notification details, depend on the brand, product, and destination and must be confirmed individually.
Tell us your destination country and required documents before payment so we can confirm what is available. Buyers are responsible for checking their local import requirements.
