Refund & Cancellation Policy

In-stock orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that shipment preparation has not yet begun. Once packing or shipping has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Pre-order items may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. After this window, sourcing and procurement will have already commenced and cancellations cannot be accepted.

To request a cancellation, email jason@maytraders.com with your order number as early as possible.

First-time buyers placing pre-orders are required to pay a 20% deposit to confirm their order.

• If the order is cancelled within 48 hours of placing it, the deposit will be fully refunded.
• If the order is cancelled after 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable as sourcing costs will have already been incurred.
• If MAYTRADERS INC. is unable to fulfil the order for any reason, the full deposit will be refunded.

We take product quality seriously. If you receive items that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Your report must include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photo or video evidence of the defect or damage

Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a store credit of equivalent value. Cash refunds are not available for international wholesale orders.

All confirmed wholesale orders are final sale. Returns due to change of mind, over-ordering, or market conditions on the buyer's end are not accepted.

This is standard practice in international B2B wholesale trade. By placing an order, buyers confirm they have reviewed product specifications and quantities before purchase.
