First Orders & Large Orders

Not sure about wiring money to a new supplier? Start small, or split the payment and check your goods before they ship.

STEP 01

Verify us first

  • MayTraders Inc., Business Registration No. 385-81-04167 — the certificate is available in English on our About page.
  • Bank transfers go to an account in the company name, MAYTRADERS INC. (details are in our Terms).
  • You are welcome to check everything before you order. Ask us anything on a call or by message.

STEP 02

Start small if you prefer

  • There is no separate trial minimum: you order in boxes, and each product shows its own box quantity.
  • Pay by card in USD (Toss Payments) or by bank transfer.
  • Begin with a box or two of the products you want to test, then grow the order.

STEP 03

Large orders (from US$10,000)

  • Split payment is available: a deposit to confirm the order, then the balance before dispatch. The deposit share is negotiable. Goods ship only after the full amount has been received.
  • On request we send photos or a video of your packed boxes before they leave our warehouse.
  • You may appoint a third-party inspection company (such as SGS) at your own cost.

DOCUMENTS

Brand and import paperwork

  • Brand supply authorization, COA, MSDS and English label files differ by brand. Tell us the products you are considering and we will confirm what exists for each before you pay.
  • Commercial invoice and packing list come with every export shipment.
  • Import rules in your country (for the US: FDA and cosmetics regulations) remain your responsibility; ask us early so we can supply what the brand has.
